Army Agniveer Salary 2025

The Agnivee Candidates in the Indian Ahave have a fixed monthly salary. However, m they won’t have additional allowances like DA, HRA, or TA. Additionally, the candidate will have a four-year tenure in the Army. The salary of an Agniveer starts from 30,000.  

Candidates will get recruited to roles such as GD, Tradesman, or Clerk after the successful completion of the selection process. Additional post-retirement benefits are also included in the package. The post-retirement benefits include Seva Nidhi packages and skill certificates for the candidates. 

The customized monthly package of the Agniveer includes Risk and Hardship allowances. However, Agniveers don’t have to contribute to the Armed Forces Personnel Provident Fund.   • Seva Nidhi Package: When an Agniveer completes four years of service they will get a one-time payment of Rs.11.71 Lakh
  • Regular cadre Opportunity: Twenty-five per cent of the total Agniveer candidates can join the Regular Cadre of Armed Forces
  • Life Insurance Coverage: A Life insurance coverage of Rs. 48 lakh is there for Agniveer candidates. Moreover, this life insurance cover is non-contributary. 
  • Ex-Gratia for Service-related death: The Army Agniveer’s nest of kin will receive an ex-gratia amount of Rs. 44 Lakh in the event of service-related death.
  • Disability Compensation: Indian Army Agniveers with a disability can receive ex-gratia payments. Furthermore, a payment of Rs.44 lakh for 100 percent disability. If the disability is 75per cent, Agniveer will receive a payment of Rs.25 lakh. For 50 per cent disability, Indian Army Agniveers can receive a payment of Rs. 15 Lakh.
  • Leave: Indian Army Agniveers can take up to 30 leaves per year.
  • Medical and Canteen Facilities: Agniveers can get medical and canteen facilities
