1. National Defence Academy examination

NDA Eligibility Criteria 

  • Age: During the commencement of training candidates should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years old.
  • Sex: Only unmarried male applicants can apply for NDA. 
  • Education: The aspiring candidate must need to complete their 12th from a recognized board. Moreover, applicants appearing in 12 board examinations can also apply for NDA. 
  • Physical standards: For securing one position in the National Defence Academy candidates should fulfill physical standards according to NDA guidelines. 

2. Technical Entry Scheme 

Candidates who want to serve in the Indian Army after 12 can also apply with technical entry scheme and service selection board’s interview. Moreover, after clearing the exam, they will be enrolled in a bachelor of engineering course. After that, they will get training for the lieutenant rank in the army.   • Age: During the commencement of training candidates should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years old.

3. Indian Army Rallies
