The exam date for TS EAMCET 2025 has been announced. This exam will be conducted through an online Computer Based Test (CBT) format. It started in 2024 and has been renamed TS EAMCET 2025. This stands for Telangana Engineering Agriculture Pharmacy Common Entrance Test. Moreover, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad will conduct this exam. It will be conducted on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

This exam is for candidates who seek admission in undergraduate programs. The programs are in Engineering, Agriculture and Medical fields. TS EAMCET 2025: Application Process

The application form for this exam will be available online. Here are a few steps to apply for the same.

1.  Firstly, applicants can visit the TS EAMCET website.

2.  Then, they can click on the “Pay Registration Fee” link.

3.  Moreover, they can fill in the required details for the fee payment.

4.  Applicants can choose their mode of payment and submit the fee.

5.  They can start filling out the application form with all the required information.

6. Moreover, they can upload their scanned photograph and signature in the 

     specified format.

7.  Applicants can review the filled application form carefully.

8.  Finally, they can submit the form and take a printout for future reference.

TS EAMCET 2025: Application Fee

The application fee is based on the course and category. The fee structure is explained below.

1.  Under Engineering (E), the fee is Rs. 500 for SC/ST & PH. Meanwhile, the fee is Rs. 900 for others.

2. Under Agriculture and Medical (AM), the fee is Rs. 500 for SC/ST & PH. Meanwhile, the fee is Rs. 900 for others.

3. Under both Engineering and AM, the fee is Rs. 1000 for SC/ST & PH. Meanwhile, the fee is Rs. 1800 for others.

Applicants can pay the fee online using credit/debit cards. Also, they can use net banking. Moreover, they can pay at TS (AP) online centers.

Application Correction

Candidates can make corrections in their application forms. The correction facility will be available in the second week of April 2025. Candidates must log onto the website. Here, they can edit their details. Moreover, most details can be changed, except for the stream. Also, the qualifying exam hall ticket number, name, father’s name, date of birth, test zone and SSC hall ticket details cannot be changed.

TS EAMCET 2025: Eligibility Criteria

1.  Domicile – applicants must belong to Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

2.  Nationality – only Indian citizens, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cardholders can apply.

3.  Local/Non-Local Status – candidates must satisfy the local and non-local status requirements.

4. Age Requirements – candidates must be at least 16 years old. This is by December 31, 2025 for Engineering and Pharmacy courses.

5.  Minimum Age – The minimum age for Pharm.D. courses is 17 years.

6.  Minimum Age – Also, candidates must be between 17 to 22 years old for other courses.

Course-Specific Eligibility

1.  For Pharma Courses – Candidates must have passed Class 12. This is from a recognised board. Or, they should have completed a Diploma in Pharmacy from AP/Telangana. Moreover, candidates should have studied Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics or Biology in their intermediate courses.

2.  For Engineering Courses – Candidates must qualify Class 12 or equivalent exam. Also, a minimum of 45% is required overall. Or, 40% for candidates from SC/ST categories. Moreover, they should have studied Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. Finally, students appearing for Class 12 exams are also eligible to apply.

Exam Pattern

1.  Mode of Exam – the exam will be taken as Computer Based Test (CBT)

2.  Question Type – the questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)

3.  Medium – the exam will be in English, Telugu and Urdu

4.  Duration – candidates will have 3 hours to complete the exam

5.  Total Questions – there will be a total of 160 questions

6.  Section Breakdown – the exam will have three main sections. The total marks 

     for Physics are 40. Meanwhile, the total marks for Chemistry are 80. Finally, the 

     total marks for Mathematics are 40.

7.  Marking Scheme – each correct answer earns 1 mark

8.  Negative Marking – there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers
